Each new employee will receive an email invitation and instructions to log into our Employee Self Service (ESS) at www.paycom.com.

Employee Self-Service allows you access to your personal HR data electronically from a desktop or the Paycom App. Some benefits of ESS are:

  • Access to and ability to change your personal data
  • Access to view all elected and available Avalon Flooring benefits
  • Access to important benefit links, including Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and forms
  • Ability to submit vacation and personal requests electronically

Please note that with the electronic distribution of handbooks, we do not distribute hard copies. Each employee is required to review the handbook in ESS, and when complete, sign and submit the electronic acknowledgement form within 10 days of your start date.
