Personal challenges can impact employees both at home and at work. Through Quantum, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers 100% confidential support to help employees and their family members address a wide range of personal concerns.

The program provides 24/7 access to master’s- and Ph.D.-level clinicians, with up to five face-to-face counseling visits per occurrence each year for emotional concerns, along with unlimited phone consultations for financial, legal, and work-life matters.

EAP is available at no cost to all Avalon Flooring employees and their eligible family members, offering convenient, confidential support whenever it is needed.
