
Long-Term Disability through The Hartford is offered to employees working a minimum of 30 hours a week on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment and paid for by the Company.

Minimum Monthly Benefit
$100, or 10% of the employee’s monthly benefit, whichever is greater.

Maximum Monthly Benefit
Pays a portion of your income if you are unable to work for an extended period of time due to illness, covered injury, or pregnancy.
66⅔% up to a maximum of $10,000.

Waiting period before benefits begin.
180 calendar days.

Mental illness, substance abuse.
